Many individuals, churches, non-profit organizations, fraternal organizations and small businesses feel the lure of the Internet. Not since the introduction of commercial radio has a revolution in communication this great occurred.
What these individuals and institutions often lack is the in-depth knowledge of the combined skills in programming, web-marketing and design needed to make a ‘web site’ into an effective and visited ‘web presence’.
A well designed web site is a dynamic, powerful international face for your organization. It is also a fickle face, epitomizing the ‘First Impression’.
LittleBizWebs focuses on those organizations which have small web needs. We’ll help you understand the ‘who, what, where, when, why and how much of the Internet. We are an ‘idea to production’ organization that will tailor any program to any need. We will work with your organization in any single or combination of the following services:
- Consulting - LittleBizWebs offers a low-cost one hour consultation on your organization and the potential value of an internet presence to both organization and its members and customers.
- Packaged Sites - LittleBizWebs has designed basic web presence packages for individual markets. Upon selection and purchase, the package design may be customized for logo, background colors, etc.
- Custom Sites – If our packaged web sites don't meet your need, LittleBizWebs offers an alternative to the high cost of custom web site development for your organization. We'll work with you to define and execute an internet presence that will represent your organization and its members to the world.
- Routine Site Maintenance – LittleBizWebs offers maintenance services, on a retainer or hourly basis, to maintain an organizations web site. Each retainer agreement offers a defined number of hours per week for a standard monthly charge and provides a 'guide' of how long it takes to perform tasks as well as Service Levels.
- Tutoring - We provide tutoring services, within the limits of our software and system knowledge, for an hourly rate, or on a monthly retainer basis.

| Initial Hosting Setup – Determination and execution or transfer of URL, hosting arrangements, setup of client and server files, initial upload to host and testing. | $50 |
| Custom Sites – We will work with your organization to estimate the time required for: Analysis, Page Specification Definition, Site Mapping, Cascading Style Sheet selection and customization, Creation, Testing and deployment to an existing host. (See Initial Hosting Setup above.) | $37.50/hr |

Routine Site Maintenance
Once your site is up and running, it must be maintained. Routine site maintenance tasks include (but, depending upon your site, might not be limited to):
- Routine Web page maintenance
- Graphics editing for web graphics.
- Photo gallery creation; excludes editing as noted above. (Note: Once created a gallery may be edited for format and text. However, the addition of new pictures to any specific gallery requires that the entire gallery be recreated.)
- Site Server file maintenance.
- Creation and editing of domain specific email addresses and mailing lists (i.e. Those ending in @yourdomain.xxx).
- Administration of Macromedia Contribute® your domain and content providers. Creation of Adobe Acrobat® (PDF) and Macromedia Flash Paper® (FFP) files for inclusion in the parent site.
- New static web page creation.
- Forms creation and maintenance; such as Comments, or Information Submission forms.

Estimated Time Required
As a guide to aid you in estimating charges for desired work or for estimating the number of ours for a Routine Site Maintenance Agreement, we provide the following table of ‘estimated time required’ to perform various tasks. Please note that there are some additional Administrative Services included related specifically to the Routine Site Maintenance Agreement (SLA).

Notes:
- These services automatically aggregate to 30 minutes/week; referred to below as ‘admin/maintenance’.
- Each gallery allows for the addition of a text description. The time estimates presume the submission of a text document with desired text for each photo at the time of tasking.
- Presumes receipt of a digital image (jpg, gif, or tif). Scanning photos from hard copy will double the time to 10 minutes per photo. Hard copy photos will be returned.
- Time estimates are for development and testing of the form or page. Specification definition and layout are to be estimated as included in the weekly meeting. If separate meetings and consultations are required, time will be reported separately (in 15 minute increments).
- Additional meeting time, as required for new page or form design specification, will aggregate in 15 minute increments
